    I totally agree with you. Tracking is important because you can see on paper how far you’ve come. I also am a firm believer in following a specific program. I know if I follow a designated program, I’m consistent. If I’m in between programs and do one day of LMP or one day of T25, etc. I’m not as consistent. Thanks for sharing.
